Rangatiratanga – Leadership
Whare Tukutuku mahi and direction is guided by Te Rau Ora leadership, hapori Māori, and the wisdom of our Roopu Whakahaere AOD leadership group.

Collectively, our leaders strongly advocate for systematic change based on inclusivity and equitable outcomes that honour Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
Our leaders are prepared to have brave conversations that inform and challenge to increase understanding and improve innovation. Whare Tukutuku support that the rights of whānau, hapū, and iwi be included in decisions that impact on their wellbeing to affirm mana motuhake.
Hapori Māori will be supported to take further steps that foster future Māori innovators and leaders.
